General Info for Athletes
- Physical exams are required for all boys and girls trying out and participating in the sports program at PCS. Further Info and Form
- Most sports are for students in grades 6-8 only with the exception of Cross-Country and the Track Team which are both open to students in grades 5-8. If there are not enough players after initial tryouts, other sports may open to 5th graders as well.
- It is your responsibility as athletes to get the homework and/or class work that you miss due to an early dismissal; including your specials classes. This should be done prior to your dismissal time (by 1:00).
- Questions related to sports should be addressed to team coaches or athletic director Ryan Ericson.

PCS Middle School Sports Physicals
Physical exams are required for all boys and girls trying out and participating in the sports program at PCS. Most sports are for students in grades 6-8 only with the exception of Cross-Country and the Track Team which are both open to students in grades 5-8. If there are not enough players after initial tryouts, other sports may open to 5th graders as well.
*Please note that this sports physical will not be duplicated for any other purpose. It cannot take the place of the mandated 6th grade physical.*
One is offered for free at the school. If you choose to have your family physician complete the examination, the school nurse will be happy to provide a state form that the physician may want.
